While we strive for the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as performance depends on various external factors such as market trends and platform algorithms. All creative materials are used only after client approval. We maintain the confidentiality of client data and are not liable for any misuse caused by third-party platforms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

By working with The Fame Media, the client agrees to the terms of service including 50% advance payment, timely content approvals, and provision of necessary brand materials. All services will be delivered as per the selected package. While we aim to deliver the best results, specific outcomes like followers or sales cannot be guaranteed. All shared information will be kept confidential. The Fame Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice.

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
